Anyone using the Texas cloverleaf anymore?

I loved that moved when Malenko used it in WCW. I thought it was WAY better than the figure four, lion tamer, boston crab leg, sharpshooter,... I think its the best leg lock in the business. I havent seen anyone use it after malenko... why?
