How do u get your bail money back if u where falsly arrested?

I have a friend who was jus recently arrested because had a car in his name that he no longer drives an the car was used for a get away car in a robbery an when the plates where ran my friends name came up so they came to his job humiliated him infront of his co workers raided his house an left it it shambles he bails out 2days in jail later only to b told 2days after he bails that all the charges where dropped an they had the right person in custody now the bailbond refuses to give him his money back how can he get his 5,000 dlrs back?
