Would you change words, line breaks, anything about this poem....oh, and what is your reaction to it?

Of course our minds are filled with sludge but we have to focus on the here and now. The sludge cant weigh us down if we still want to live now. Yes i do sit still to think.. But now i think the sludge is gettin to me. I want to cleanse myself to be sludge free.... Wonderful poem Ma.
