Does a Pharmacy Tech get paid more or a LVN/LPN?

I was wondering if a Pharmacy Tech gets paid more or a LVN/LPN in Northern California? I have a friend who works as a pharm tech for Kaiser and she gets paid about $20 an hour, but she's only on call. Which gets paid more, with less work and less stress?
