What do you think of the concept of marketing computers in cabinets that are made to be reusable, so that when?

you need a new PC you just get a local tech to install a rebuild kit in your existing cabinet rather than buy a new machine in a cheap little plastic and tin cabinet. I see this as a way to generate a lot of stateside business for PC techs and to shrink companies like DELL. Getting customers to go for the higher end cabinets would also allow for premium components like air filtration systems, advanced vibration dampening and heat control.
