My ati ccc doesn't work any more?

i have ati radeon x1200 Video card for my laptop. My laptop came with the ccc and it worked perfectly fineuntill i download loading some sort of driver update from ati.amd.com which had the cccincludedd also. ever sence i got the driver update my ccc wont turn on.i really need help please because the setting for my game are set to high so im geting really low fps please help me!!!!
