Which Shortstop is more likely to have a comeback year in 2011 - Jeter or Rollins?

It's close, but I'd give the edge to Rollins. I don't feel it's that most people think both can be elite options, but that if you don't go with them (and you miss out on the top 3), there's a huge dropoff at shortstop and you're stuck with a guy like Alexei or Andrus. Rollins has more potential for power (HRs & RBIs) and steals. Jeter has the advantage for batting average and runs scored, but you have to take into account his age. He's 36 and he's played 15 seasons, you have to think this recent decline is not a coincidence. He also hasn't been a major power threat for years. With Rollins, he hit 21 homers in just 09', so you have to think if he canstay healthy he should have a solid rebound.
