I'm stressing about university :/?

Everything you are thinking and feeling is perfectly natural and not uncommon. I would suggest speaking to your tutor in uni (do you have a personal tutor?) or one of the lecturers about how you feel. Maybe they can give you some suggestions about what you can do to help your grades or speak to you about whether you should continue. When it comes to your parents, I was in a similar situation when I trained as a teacher. I took 4 years to train (which they funded) then decided after a year I wanted to quit. I talked to mum about it and she was fine, she just wanted me to be happy in life. Don't feel like you're going to be a burden if you talk to your parents or girlfriend. I don't know your situation but I can imagine that they just want you to be happy. Try talking to them, it might help.
