Question about pregnancy after c-section?

In april of 08 i had a c-section i am currently 13 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and i don't remember if this ever happened the first time i was pregnant if i have to pee really badly or after i have my baby belly sticks out and i was laying on my back and my left side of my tummy was sticking up further then the right the right side was sticking up a bit but the left was very noticeable and i felt it was hard so im guessing that's where my baby is..is it possible they put my uterus in the wron or something causing it to be lopsided? or is my baby just implanted on the one side that's higher then the other? has this happened to you..and should i be concerned? what is it im going crazy...thanks
