Can I become a US citizen with a OTH dischareg from the Navy?

I have been living legally as a permanent resident in the states since 1993. I joined the navy in 2004 and was given a OTH for steroid use in 2005. I am going for my citizenship this year and was wondering if this will effect it in any way.
