Does MMA work in a street fight?? or does it only work in the octagon..?

Would you like to know a little bit about several things, not really even grasping the basics, or would you like to get really good at something? If you wish to defend, IO strongly suggest to find a good instructor in any clical style, and then stick to the program until you learn something. Mixing all that up at basic levels won't make you good at anything.
