If a normal person was discovered with learned/developed ability to fly, How will people react?

If an ordinary person is discovered with the ability to fly, and he/she says or believes that this is one of the many undiscovered and unlearned abilities of Humans, and this feels "impossible" because we have created our own definitions and rules of possibilities, How will other people react? In short term and long term?
