In elder scrolls Oblivion i have made a important npc permantly unconscious?

So in Oblivion i have made a girl in the fighters guild permanently unconscious and will not get out of it. So im wondering if it is possible to do something to get them out of it because she is a main npc (obviously cause i would have just been able to kill her) also i cant go back in my save games because ive gone to far in the game.
