On average how long would an RAF airmen get on leave in 1940?

during the actual battle of britain there was virtually none. A couple of days maybe if you were lucky. This went on for some months but later when it got quieter they started to go back tohaving breaks. The shortage of man power and short life span of many pilots made leave a thing of the past
