Should I be sleeping with my ankle splint on? I`m not sure if my ankle is fractured or badly sprained!?

do not wear anything on your ankle unless its a cast that the doctor applies. Your ankle will swell and wearing a brace that you put on yourself will cut off circulation and can cause a blood clot that could kill you. Do not wear anything that applies pressure to the ankle or swelling and just place a bag of cold veggies or bag of ice on swollen area
