What is the best snowboard package for a intermediate rider?

I have been snowboarding for a while (off and on since I have been living in FL). I had a piece of crap board back in the day, but I am looking to get more serious now that I am back in some place that has winter. I need to get everything since I sold everything when I moved. I am a 19 year old guy, 5'9 ish, 175-180 pounds. I want to do all mountain with this board, carving, some parks, and just a good board to do everything. I already have plans to hit up Keystone CO in Jan so I really want to get going on this. I would like to spend no more than $350 but I realize that I may have to adjust a little but I am not buying a $500 Burton. Any Suggestions?
