Why do people say that lebron does not have a jumpshot, and relies too much on athleticism?

i would like for people to answer the question and please no negative comments or jokes about lebron about not having rings or choking or his ego, but doesn't he at least shoot a decent amount of shots away from the rim, and from 3 to say that he is not a bad shooter? D-wade relies a lot on athleticism and does not shoot away from the rim as much as Lebron, and even jordan in his 20s did not shoot outside as much, so why is it that lebron "has no jumpshot"?
