Help with makin an apple store account?

So I really wanna make a apple store account but my parents are divorced so my dad is payin for my phone bill but I was planning to use my moms credit card so is there anyway my dad can see my moms credit card number like on the Internet or anything because that's what my mom is worried about. Please help
